About Diane Montgomery-Logan

Diane Montgomery-Logan is a Psychologist-Master, an EMDR Certified Therapist, a Certified Group Psychotherapist and a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist®.

She has been in private practice in Chittenden County, Vermont, for over 20 years.

In her extensive experience as a psychotherapist,

Diane has developed an appreciation for the diverse ways clients bring about change in their lives. To support each client in their unique path of healing and change, Diane has pursued training and certification in a number of diverse areas of specialization.

2. National Group Psychotherapy Institute , Washington School of Psychiatry, graduate, 2007.
3. Certified EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), 2006.
4. Certified Rubenfeld Synergist®, 1996 (CRS).
5. Approved EMDR Consultant, EMDR International Association, 2008.
6. Integrative Process, with Werner Kundig, Ph.D., 1997 to 2004, exploring the physiological, emotional and energetic components of body-centered psychotherapy.
7. Voice Dialogue with Sidra and Hal Stone, 1996.

Diane is a member of the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), the American Group Psychotherapy Association, and the Vermont Mental Health Counselors Association. She was a member of the faculty of the American Group Psychotherapy Association Annual Conference in 2008.

She is on the Board of Directors of the National Registry of Certified Group Psychotherapists.

As a member, and later chairperson, of the Ethics Committee of the International Association of Rubenfeld Synergists, Diane co-authored the Code of Ethics for Rubenfeld Synergists. While serving  on the Task Force on Professional Standards, she helped transform this Code into the Standards of Practice and Ethical Principals for Certified Rubenfeld Synergists.
Diane has a B.A. degree from Mary Washington College in Virginia and an M.A. from Goddard College in Vermont.
